Returns & Exchanges

At Lavishly Lauren, we handcraft each item with love, laughter, and a little chaos. Because of this:

• Handmade items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• If something shows up broken, stained, or… mysteriously misshapen, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.

• Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis—just reach out, and we’ll work our magic.
