Wholesale Terms & Conditions

  • Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers, boutiques, online stores, and businesses with a valid resale certificate or sales tax permit. Lavishly Lauren Designs reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at its discretion.

    • Opening wholesale order minimum: $150

    • Reorder minimum: $50.

  • All wholesale prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

    Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly or with unauthorized parties.

    Suggested retail pricing should be maintained to preserve brand integrity.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Credit/debit card

    • ACH transfer

    • Approved invoicing terms

    Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment

  • IOrders are processed in the order received.

    Production and processing times may vary depending on inventory and order volume, although 7-10 days is ideal

    Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

    Lavishly Lauren Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during shipping. description

  • All wholesale sales are final.

    Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

    Approved claims may be replaced, credited, or refunded at the discretion of Lavishly Lauren Designs.

  • Retailers may sell Lavishly Lauren Designs products only through approved sales channels disclosed during the application process.

    Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Temu, or similar platforms without prior written approval.

  • All product images, logos, branding, designs, and marketing materials remain the property of Lavishly Lauren Designs.

    Retailers may use approved product photos and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Lavishly Lauren Designs products.

    Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or misuse of brand assets is prohibited.ption

  • Item desLavishly Lauren Designs reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for:

    • Violation of wholesale policies

    • Nonpayment

    • Unauthorized resale channels

    • Misrepresentation of the brand

  • The retailer certifies that all products purchased are intended for resale and agrees to provide a valid resale certificate or sales tax permit before tax-exempt purchases can be processed

  • By placing a wholesale order with Lavishly Lauren Designs, the retailer acknowledges and agrees to all wholesale policies and terms outlined above.
